Shipping policy

We currently ship within the United States. U.S. tote shipping is $5.50 for the first tote plus $2.00 for each additional tote in the same order. For orders of more than 50 totes, please contact mahjonggstudiostore@gmail.com before ordering for a bulk shipping quote. Shipping charges are shown at checkout.

Each tote is printed to order and ships from Kentucky. Please allow approximately 3–6 business days for production before shipment. Carrier transit time is additional and varies by destination. Production and delivery can take longer during busy periods. Tracking information is sent when your order ships.

Please check your shipping address and selected design before ordering. If you need help, contact mahjonggstudiostore@gmail.com as soon as possible. Address or order changes cannot be guaranteed once production begins.
