Refund policy

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items: If your order arrives damaged, defective, with a printing error, or with the wrong item or design, please email mahjonggstudiostore@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos. We will review the issue with our print partner and arrange a replacement at no additional cost for a confirmed production or fulfillment error. If a replacement is unavailable, we will arrange an appropriate refund. Please contact us before returning any item.

Sizing and changes of mind: Our items are made to order with the design and options you select. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for an incorrectly selected size, color, or design, or for a change of mind. Please review the product description, dimensions, and any sizing chart carefully before purchasing.

Cancellations and order changes: If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us immediately. Changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed once production has started.

This policy does not limit your rights under applicable consumer law.
